Application-based founding cohort - 8-12 seats

Six weeks. One business goal. A serious circle that helps you keep moving.

The 6-Week Solo Execution Circle is for early-stage solo service providers who work mostly alone and want visible progress on one important business goal.

You do not need another course, YouTube video, or habit tracker. You need the right people around you, a clear weekly rhythm, practical feedback, and warm support when the work gets stuck.

First cohort starts Monday, June 15, 2026 Prep/onboarding: June 9-14 Weekly live session: Mondays, 16:00-17:00 CET 8-12 members EUR 149 excl. VAT

The difference is not more information. It is who executes with you.

The circle is not a nice extra. It is the mechanism: weekly commitments, private WhatsApp check-ins, feedback, help requests, and useful support from people who want you to win.

Alone

  • You keep the goal in your head.
  • No one notices when momentum drops.
  • You avoid the uncomfortable action because no one challenges the delay.
  • Progress depends on willpower.

With an Execution Circle

  • You choose one business goal worth executing.
  • You turn it into weekly commitments.
  • Your circle checks in, gives feedback, answers help requests, and helps you unblock.
  • Progress becomes visible.

How it works

A simple 6-week rhythm for focused execution.

This is not a course, passive community, productivity app, or generic networking group. It is a small execution circle where each member brings one business goal and participates in the rhythm that keeps the group moving.

1

Apply and clarify fit

Share your service, your 6-week business goal, the action you keep delaying, and how you can support others.

2

Set one 6-week goal

Pick one outcome that would make the next six weeks feel like real progress.

3

Join your execution circle

Work inside one private WhatsApp group per 4-person circle, with Monday-Friday check-ins and a minimum of 3 per week.

4

Weekly Feedback & Reset Call

Join Mondays, 16:00-17:00 CET for help, feedback, unblocking, support matching, and tightening the week.

5

Execute, reflect, and support

Make commitments, report progress, ask for help, give feedback, offer practical support, and keep moving.

What progress can look like

One important business goal. Visible progress by week six.

  • Book more sales conversations.
  • Ship a clearer offer.
  • Finish a client-facing project.
  • Publish consistent content.
  • Improve your portfolio or case studies.
  • Build a simple client pipeline.
  • Create an operational system that helps you sell or deliver consistently.
  • Ask for and receive useful introductions.

Fit

Built for solo service providers who are serious about execution.

This is for you if:

  • You work mostly alone as a freelancer, consultant, coach, designer, marketer, developer, copywriter, virtual assistant, fractional operator, creative service seller, or small solo agency owner.
  • You already have a service or clear business direction.
  • You can name one business goal you want to move in the next 6 weeks.
  • You can describe the action you keep avoiding or delaying alone.
  • You can attend the weekly session or send a short video update when you cannot attend.
  • You are willing to check in at least 3 times per week and support others too.

This is not for you if:

  • You want a course, mastermind, or passive community.
  • You want a productivity app, finished platform, or app beta.
  • You only want generic networking.
  • You want therapy, coaching-on-demand, or someone else to carry the work for you.
  • You cannot commit to the weekly rhythm for six weeks.

Founding cohort details

Quality first. No forced launch.

The target is 8-12 members. A smaller 5-7 person beta may run only if the fit is strong, the goals are concrete, and one serious circle can be formed. If the group is not strong enough, accepted members can keep their seat for the next date or receive a refund of any deposit.

Week 1 starts June 15, 2026
Weekly call Mondays 16:00 CET
Seats 8-12
Founding price EUR 149 excl. VAT
After acceptance, your seat is held with a refundable EUR 49 excl. VAT deposit. The remaining EUR 100 excl. VAT balance is due only after the cohort is confirmed. To be included, onboarding must be completed by the deadline shared after acceptance. VAT is applied where required.

Weekly rhythm

The week is already moving before the Monday call.

The call is not where members first decide their commitment. It is where the group helps each other unblock, tighten the plan, and match support for the week ahead.

  • Friday end of day: post weekly reflection and one visible proof point.
  • Saturday-Monday 10:00: post next week's primary commitment.
  • Monday 16:00-17:00 CET: join the weekly live session.
  • Monday-Friday: execute and post short check-ins in your private WhatsApp circle.

Questions

FAQ

What if I do not know my exact goal yet?

You do not need perfect wording. You do need a real area of focus. We sharpen the goal before the sprint starts.

Is this a course?

No. This is not a course, mastermind, passive community, productivity app, generic networking group, therapy group, or app beta. It is a serious execution circle.

How much time does it take?

Plan for the weekly live session on Mondays, 16:00-17:00 CET, plus short Monday-Friday WhatsApp check-ins. The minimum is 3 check-ins per week. Weekend check-ins are optional.

What if I cannot attend a weekly session?

Live attendance is preferred. If you cannot attend, you send a short video update before the session with your goal, weekly win, stuck point, and help request.

What happens if the group is not strong enough yet?

The full cohort does not launch unless the group is strong enough. A smaller 5-7 person beta may run only if the fit is strong. Otherwise, the cohort may move to the next start date or you can get your deposit refunded.

What happens after this cohort?

A small waitlist may open during Week 4-5. Public seats stay closed until the first cohort is finished, the proof is reviewed, and the next circle is improved from real outcomes.

Founder-led

Who is behind this?

I’m Wouter, the founder of UPLFT.

I build structured group experiences that help people move from isolation into action, accountability, and real support.

The 6-Week Solo Execution Circle is based on an earlier Goal Getters challenge I ran manually inside an online community. In that format, members used clear goals, check-ins, accountability partners, and peer support to publish projects, find work, finish drafts, build consistency, and create stronger connections.

This is not my first time running this kind of format manually.

This first Solo Execution Circle is intentionally small and founder-led. I personally review applications, shape the group, facilitate the weekly calls, and protect the standard of the circle.

The goal is simple: create a serious, useful environment where solo service providers can make visible progress without doing it alone.

From the earlier Goal Getters challenge:

“Having someone to check in with kept me on track and I made a new friend in the process. I not only nailed my goals, but surpassed them.”
“I reached my main 6-week goal and successfully published my new book.”
