General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to applications for and participation in The 6-Week Solo Execution Circle offered by UPLFT.

Last updated: May 25, 2026

1. About UPLFT

The 6-Week Solo Execution Circle is offered by Wouter Boot, trading as UPLFT.

  • Company name: UPLFT
  • KvK number: 52241378
  • VAT ID: NL001133968B22
  • Email: wout@uplft.net

2. The offer

The 6-Week Solo Execution Circle is an application-based, founder-led group program for solo service providers who already have a service but work mostly alone. The program is focused on making visible progress on one business goal through a small circle, weekly commitments, check-ins, live sessions, feedback, and practical peer support.

The program is not a course, therapy group, passive community, productivity app, generic networking group, or guarantee of business results.

3. Application and admission

Admission is not automatic. UPLFT reviews applications for fit with the audience, goal, rhythm, and contribution standard. UPLFT may accept, reject, or waitlist an applicant at its discretion.

Applicants must provide accurate information. If important information changes before the cohort starts, please notify UPLFT.

4. Price and payment

  • Total founding price: EUR 149 excl. VAT.
  • After acceptance, a refundable EUR 49 excl. VAT seat deposit is required to reserve your seat.
  • The remaining EUR 100 excl. VAT balance is due only after the cohort is confirmed.
  • VAT is applied where required.
  • Payment links are sent privately after acceptance or cohort confirmation.

5. Cohort confirmation and smaller beta

The target cohort size is 8-12 members. UPLFT may run a smaller beta only if the fit is strong and a serious group can be formed.

If the cohort is not confirmed, you may keep your seat for the next date or receive a refund of any deposit paid.

6. Onboarding deadline

Your deposit reserves your seat while onboarding and circle matching are completed. To be included in the cohort, onboarding must be completed by the deadline shared after acceptance.

If onboarding is not complete by that deadline, UPLFT may release the seat to another applicant. If that happens, UPLFT will either refund the deposit or, if both sides agree, apply it to a future cohort.

7. Participation commitment

Participants are expected to actively participate in the weekly rhythm:

  • post at least 3 short check-ins per week in the private WhatsApp circle
  • post a weekly reflection and visible proof point
  • post the next week's primary commitment before the weekly live session
  • attend the weekly live session on Mondays, 16:00-17:00 CET, or send a short video update when absent
  • give useful support to others, not only receive support

Repeated non-participation, disruptive behaviour, spam, pressure, or breach of group trust may lead to removal from the cohort. UPLFT will use reasonable judgment before taking this step.

8. Refunds and risk reversal

If the cohort is not confirmed, deposits can be refunded or applied to a future cohort by agreement.

If you show up for the first 2 weeks, do the check-ins, and genuinely feel the circle is not useful for you, you may request a refund or credit toward a future sprint. This is a risk reversal for serious participants who try the system. It is not a refund for disappearing or not participating.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.

9. Confidentiality and conduct

What is shared inside the cohort, WhatsApp circle, live sessions, or member hub should stay inside the cohort unless permission is given. Participants must not share other members' personal information, business information, screenshots, messages, or outcomes without permission.

Warm introductions require consent and context. No selling to members unless they ask. Support should be practical and respectful, not unsolicited coaching or pressure.

10. Proof, testimonials, and privacy

UPLFT may collect anonymized examples of progress, lessons, check-ins, outcomes, and feedback to improve the program and explain what happened. Nothing identifiable is shared publicly without explicit written approval.

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Statement.

11. Materials and intellectual property

UPLFT materials, prompts, templates, agendas, and program structure are for your personal use during participation. You may not copy, resell, publish, or distribute them without written permission.

You keep ownership of your own business materials, content, ideas, and work.

12. No guarantee of results

UPLFT provides structure, facilitation, accountability, and peer support. Business outcomes depend on your goals, participation, market, offer, actions, and circumstances. UPLFT does not guarantee clients, income, sales, business growth, or specific results.

13. Liability

To the extent legally allowed, UPLFT is not liable for indirect damage, lost revenue, lost profit, missed opportunities, or business decisions made during or after participation. If UPLFT is liable, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the cohort, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

14. Changes

UPLFT may update these terms for future cohorts. The terms that apply to your participation are the terms available when you apply or when you accept your seat, unless a change is required by law or clearly benefits participants.

15. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If a dispute arises, both sides will first try to resolve it in a practical and reasonable way. If that does not work, the competent Dutch court will handle the dispute, unless mandatory law gives you another right.
